Troy Planning Commission to meet Feb. 20

The Troy Planning Commission will consider plat approvals for two sub-divisions at its Feb. 20 meeting. 

The first preliminary plat approval will be made by the PLS Group, Inc., on behalf of owner, Perfect Dirt, LLC. The request is for the approval of The Pines, a single-family sub-division located on approximately 179 acres. The proposed subdivision will be located on Elm Street just east of the Crowe Hill Subdivision between Old Cabin Road and Barron Road. The subdivision will be built in phases. 

The second preliminary plat approval is for a three-lot subdivision and will be made by PLS on behalf of Universal Properties TVM LLC. The lots are on Henderson Highway, across the street from Wiley Sanders Truck Lines. 

The next planning commission meeting will be Thursday, Feb. 20, at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at Troy City Hall, 306 E. Academy St., in Troy. The meetings are open to the public. A public hearing will be held on each of the above requests.
