What says Christmas time more than a beautifully and interestingly decorated Christmas Tree?
Just come see, said Reba Allen, JCA graphic artist.
If the Johnson Center could talk, it would say “Merry Christmas” in many different ways, Allen said.
At Christmastime each year, the JCA showcases Christmas Trees decorated by school children in the area.
And as always, the trees are decorated for Christmas in many different ways of saying “Merry Christmas!”
The Christmas Trees were decorated by students in Pike County ad Crenshaw County schools, Pike Liberal Arts School and Troy City Schools.
Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the kids’ decorated trees and also vote for their favorite tree,
Allen said the Christmas Tree that receives the most votes will be awarded a monetary prize to be used in the art program at its school.
Everyone is invited to come and view the beautifully decorated Christmas Trees Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Admission to the JCA is free and a wonderful way to celebrate the Christmas season.
