Troy Rotary donates dictionaries to third grade students

: Members of the Troy Rotary Club gave free dictionaries to third grade students on Monday morning. Rotarians visited third grade classes at Troy Elementary, Pike Liberal Arts and Covenant Christian School to hand out the dictionaries.
