Police still seeking bank robber

Troy police are still seeking a suspect in the robbery of Regions Bank on Friday, April 27.

Surveillance video from the bank shows a black man approximately 5’11” in height, weighing approximately 200 pounds wearing a baggy red short-sleeve shirt, jeans and black sneakers at the front of the bank.

The suspect has a mustache and appears to be bald or have a low-cut hairstyle.

Investigators say the man entered the bank at approximately 2 p.m. and gave a note to a teller demanding money.

The robber made it out of the bank with an undisclosed amount of money, officials said, and was last seen running across Corman Avenue.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
