Randolph “Randy” Black, a resident of Ariton, Ala., passed away Friday, April 13, 2018, at his residence. He was 75.

Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2018, at Hamilton Cross Roads Church of Christ Cemetery with Minster Gary Carter, Sr. officiating. Burial followed in Hamilton Cross Roads Church of Christ Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family recieved friends at Hamilton Cross Roads Church of Christ Cemetery Monday from 1:30 p.m. until service time.

Randy was born July 12, 1942 in Coffee County to the late Noah Black and Agnes Ward Black. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Marie Black of Ariton; children, Michael Snipes of Auburn, Ala., Donnie Snipes of Pike Road, Ala., Charron Snipes of Andalusia, Ala., Tammy Killingsworth of Frisco City, Ala. and Randi Lynn Black of Brewton, Ala.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Noah Gene Black and Gary Black, both of Brundidge. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Snipes, Donnie Snipes, Jason Dunn, Kelsey Preswood, Khris Smith and Tony Killingswoth.
