FOR OLE REX: Bluegrass Festival continues today in Henderson

Bluegrass players from around the area came together Friday to kick off Ole Rex’s Bluegrass Festival in Henderson. The pickers come from all over to play at the festival, which entered its 42nd year Friday at Ole Rex’s Pickin’ Park. The bluegrass festival continues today and will last late into the night. Admission is $5 “if you’ve got it” as set by the late Rex Locklar, founder and king of the Rex’s Bluegrass Festivals.
