Ron Pierce, owner of Butter and Egg Adventures, was the guest speaker at the July Female Factor luncheon on Wednesday.

Pierce shared a history of the business and an update on the activities available, from zip lines to laser tag to team building activities and adventure courses.

Pierce and his wife, Susan, have grown and built the business over the past 10 years into one of the premiere adventure and team building centers in the region.

He is pictured with Mary Ida Williams, who with her husband, Jerry, previously owned the property that the Pierces turned into their camp and home.

Female Factor is a free monthly luncheon and program for women presented by Troy Regional Medical Center and a number of sponsoring partners.
