Delvechio Potts was driving along Alabama Highway 87 Monday night when the 2007 Chevrolet he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree.

Potts was arilifted from the scene of the accident and taken to Baptist South in Montgomery with non-life-threatening injuries according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

The crash occurred at approximately 8 p.m.
