Science fun at the library

Troy Public Library hosted representatives of the McWane Science Center on Tuesday as part of the “Build a Better World” summer library program. Participants got the opportunity to learn about science by participating in hands-on demonstrations, including removing zinc from a nickel, learning how an arc supports more weight then a flat surface, and learning how polymers distribute weight.
