Larry Keith Sessions, 70, of Hortense, Georgia departed this life Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Hospice of The Golden Isles.   Funeral services will be conducted at 2PM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Bay Harbour Church of God with Pastor Tom Maddux officiating.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with his grandsons, Hunter Dixon, Kirk McDaniel, Richard McDaniel, Matthew Miller, Jonathan Miller, Andrew Sessions, Glenn Lashley, and Bradley Minchew serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Plumbers & Pipefitters from Local Union 177. Following the interment the family will have a reception at Bay Harbour Church of God.

Born October 30, 1946 in Troy, Alabama to the late D.K. and Nellie Sue A. Sessions, he was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the US Air Force from 1963-67.  Mr. Sessions was a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 177 for 45 years and had been a resident of Brantley County for the past 15 years.

Survivors include his wife Audrey Irene Sessions of Hortense, five children Kathy Dixon (Terry) of Metter, Rita Lashley (Robert) of Crawfordville, FL, Donna McDaniel (Mitchell) of Brunswick, Keith Sessions (Teresa) of Metter, and Toni Miller (Jonny) of Hortense, four brothers, Fred Sessions (Sharon) of Troy, AL, Ronnie Sessions (Lou Lou), Johnny Sessions and Kenny Sessions all of Troy, a sister, Betty Flynn (Kevin) of Bruce, AL, twenty one grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
