More than 500 second- and third-graders from Banks, Pike County and Goshen elementary schools crowded into the Claudia Crosby Theater on the Troy University campus on Thursday for the Liberty Learning Foundation’s Super Citizen kickoff event. The program, which teaches civics, character and financial literacy, is sponsored in the schools by Troy Bank & Trust.
