HOUSE FIRE

: Firefighters from the Banks Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 3000 block of Gardner Bassett Road about 10 a.m. Monday. The structure was heavily involved when firefighters arrived. No one was injured in the blaze. Troy Fire Department also assisted with the fire.
