PLAS Termites Win big in Hooper academy tourney

The PLAS Termite Patriots traveled to Hope Hull on Saturday to participate in a tournament hosted by the Hooper Academy Colts. The Termites won the championship game against Fort Dale 22-0. The team also beat Hooper Academy 14-0.  Head coach Kevin Smith said he was proud of his team. “The boys were excited to bring the trophy home,” Smith said.   The Termites were scheduled to play Autuaga today, but the game has been canceled. “Hopefully, Lakeside will have a termite team to play Sept. 23,” Smith said.  SUBMITTED PHOTO
