Charlie Thomas Parish, Sr. age 66, formerly of Pike County, died Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan.  Funeral services will be held Friday, February 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge with Rev. Ray Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Sandfield Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.  Visitation will be held Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home in Brundidge.

He is survived by Ann Graves Parish and their three children, Thomas Parrish, Jeff and Melissa Parish, and Jenny and Robert Green; their grandchildren, Eric, Peyton, Shelby, Jordan, Ryan, Callie, Corey, Mary-Cathryn and Aubree; his siblings and their spouses John and Sue Parish, Patricia and Johnny Garrett, Mary and Lawrence Adams and Shirley and Nick Drosyk.  He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dutch and Dorothy Parish, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Roy and Christine Graves.

His grandsons and nephews will serve as active pallbearers and Jim Phillips, David Williams Jimmy Warden and the Alabama State Troopers will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family requests memorials are made to the American Diabetes Association.
