Bobby Sheppard

Bobby Faulkner Huggins Sheppard, age 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Bobby was a realtor in Troy for over 30 years and helped many people become homeowners with her expertise and commitment to her clients.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 3 p.m. from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.  Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Bobby was preceded in death by her father of her children, Hubert Huggins; her parents, Bob and Mavis Faulkner; a brother, Roy Faulkner, and a sister, Charlotte Faulkner Yearby.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Robert Sheppard; her daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Huggins and Richard Thornton and Sandra and Jeff Lee; sisters and brother-in-law, Shirley and Johnny Brabham and Geraldine Grissette; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary Faulkner, Roger Yearby and Dwight and Cheryl Lee; and many nieces and nephews.

The family is most grateful to the staff of the Troy Regional Medical Center’s ICU and Hospice for the care given to Bobby in her last days.
