Aubrey D.  ‘Snap’ Hughes

Mr. Aubrey D. “Snap” Hughes, age 76, of Clio, formerly of Pike County, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at St. Johns Baptist Church cemetery in Brundidge with Keahey Funeral Home of Clio directing and Rev. Randy Adams will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Spivey Hughes of Clio; daughter, Elaine H. (Richard) Hall of Josey; brother, Joe Frank (Faye) Hughes of Dothan; mother-in-law, Katie Spivey of Clio; granddaughter, Mary Alice (Michael) Lowery; great granddaughters, Payton Elizabeth Lowery, Hailey Lynne Lowery, Kaitlyn Marie Lowery; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Nathan Randall Sanders.
