Main-Barto

Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas Main of Union Spring are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Gralyn Elizabeth Main, to Mr. Tully Austen Barto of Columbus, Ga., son of Ms. Belinda Ann Barto of Columbus and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Harold Barto of Fletcher, N.C.

The bride-elect is the grand-daughter of Mrs. Martha Callahan Hixon and the late Charles Graham Hixon Jr. of Perote and Mrs. Betty Bell Main and the late Gordon Allen Main of Union Springs. Miss Main is a graduate of Macon East Montgomery Academy in Cecil and is currently enrolled at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in Andalusia, where she will major in Sonography. She is currently employed at Troy Eye Care in Troy.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Bruton Tully of Colquitt, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Carlton Williams of Fitzgerald, Ga., and the late Raphael Harold Barto of Pittsburg, Penn. Mr. Barto is a graduate of Timberland High School in St. Stephens, S.C., and is currently employed with Southern Sons in Ramer.

The couple will be married on December 31, 2011, at First United Methodist Church in Union Springs, with a reception to follow at Great Southern Outdoors.
