Ralph Edward Fowee, of Troy, died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Perry Green officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Jean H. Fowee; a son, Buddy Fowee; a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Greg Knighten, all of Troy; grandchildren, Nicholas Knighten and Niven Fowee; and a great grandchild, Cory Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Thomas and Carrie R. Fowee. Active pallbearers will be Lewis Davis, Cliff Davis, Johnny Gibson, John Register, David Sikes and Glen Adkins.
