Lena Mae Pugh

A Homegoing Celebration will take place for Lena Mae Pugh, a former resident of Troy, Alabama, at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2011. The celebration of her life will take place at Brundidge Station location at 128 N. Main Street – Brundidge, Alabama. To honor Lena’s wishes, friends and family who attend are asked to come in “casual” attire.

Lena Mae lived life to the fullest. She marched to her own beat and never let anyone dictate how she should live her life. She came to Christ at a young age while attending Old Mt. Zion, in Goshen, Alabama. She is remembered saying, whenever faced with a difficult situation, “I’m going to leave it in God’s hands”.
