Joe Marvin Andress

Joe Marvin Andress, 56, of Troy died Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. Graveside services, with military honors, will be held Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 4 p.m. at Union Hill Cemetery with Rev. Chad Teal officiating and Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Survivors include mother, Lucille Andress of Troy; two sisters, Connie Cain and Rhonda Goforth, both of Troy; two brothers, Terry L. (Lisa) Andress of Marianna, Florida and Alan B. (Kay) Andress of Troy; caregivers, Cookie Sleight, Cheryl Kelly, Janet Allen, Pat McAlister; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mr. Andress was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Andress; sister, Evelyn “Winkie” Andress; and nephew, Johnathan Lee Andress.
