Tom Brooks

Tom Brooks, 83, of Brundidge, Alabama, died Thursday, June 30, 2011. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 2, 2011, 2 p.m., from Macedonia Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Earles officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Gray Funeral directing. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian Johnson Brooks; daughter, Lisa Brooks Dunn of Union Springs; three sons, George Brooks of Troy, Mike Brooks of the Almeria community and Tony Brooks of Brundidge; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Gray Funeral Home Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6 until 8 p.m.
