James Colley Rugg, age 74, a resident of Brundidge died Sunday, December 26, 2010. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.

Mr. Rugg is survived by his children Earl Rugg and his wife Sue Howard of Linda Hogan and her husband Scott, Malena Dickey and Diane Rugg; step-children Cleone Rugg, Rex Kilpatrick, Sara Troup, Jimmy Kilpatrick, Debra Williams; 2 brothers Lynn Thomas Rugg and Jack Rugg; sister Winnie Lou Spillers, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and friend and caregiver Myrtle Norris.
