Michael C. Gardner, age 55, a resident of Pine Level, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at his home. Graveside services will be held Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at 4:00 pm in Pisgah Cemetery with Thaylon Maddox officiating and Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, from 1:30 pm until 3:15 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mr. Gardner is survived by his wife Carol Gardner of Pine Level; children: Ashley Caroline Gardner of Pine Level, Caylee Gardner of Pine Level, Michelle Lanzo and her husband Sam of Atlanta, Zach Gardner of Lenoir City, TN; 1 brother Randy Gardner and wife Tina of Troy and one sister Jennifer Carroll and her husband Greg of Troy; 3 grandchildren: Gabbi, Mikaela and Josiah Lanzo all of Atlanta.

Mr. Gardner was preceded in death by his parents Jimmy Carroll Gardner and Jayme Missildine Gardner.

Pallbearers will be Richard Dunn, Cedric Wyatt, David Register, Ronnie Sanders, Steve Andrews and Charles Davis.

In-lieu-of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Montgomery Cancer Center.
