TroyFest event organizers say the downtown arts and craft festival is going on this weekend as planned, with considerations for weather contingencies. The event is open today, with vendors set up and and busy around the downtown square. Chairman Jenniffer Barner said plans have been made to accommodate afternoon weather concerns, should they arise. “And we’re opening at 10 a.m. Sunday morning, to allow the public additional time to come out,” she said.
