Shellie Ziglar

Mr. Shellie Ziglar, age 88, of Enterprise, Alabama, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Enterprise health and Rehab in Enterprise.
Funeral services for Mr. Ziglar will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Dorcas Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Marlar and Rev. Dale Morgan officiating.
He will lie in state at the church from 10-11 a.m., one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation for Mr. Ziglar will be held from 6-8 p.m Friday, March 19, 2010, at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. Ziglar was born May 17, 1921, in Coffe County, Alabama, son of the late James Oscar Ziglar and Annie L. Avant Ziglar.
Mr. Ziglar was the owner of a sawmill business in the timber industry and a WWII veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Grady, Foster and George Ziglar, 2 sisters, Ollie Clower and Wille Stinson.
Survivors include his wife: Mildred Ziglar, Enterprise; 3 sons and daughter-in-law: Marion Kiglar, Troy; Marvin and Cindy Ziglar, Dothan; Herman Ziglar, Enterprise; 3 daughters and sons-in-laws: Bonnie and Danny Sanders, Troy; Barbara and Mark Goodson and Dorothy Bechtold, all of Enterprise; 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sister: Edith Howard, Pensacola, Fla.; and 2 brothers: Silas Zigler, Pensacola, Fla., and Floyd Ziglar, Jack, Ala.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mark Goodson, Mason Ziglar, Clint Ziglar, Dillan Ziglar, David Nunn and Clay Sanders.
