Police seek mobile home robbers

Troy Police are seeking two suspects after a mobile home was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday.

Around 8 p.m., residents of Hillside Mobile Home Park reported two black males robbed their home, according to information released by Chief Anthony Everage.

At least one of the suspects was armed with a handgun when the two entered the residence and took several of the victims’ belongings.

Troy Police Spokesman Sgt. Benny Scarbrough said the property stolen was electronics, cash and jewlery.

Following the incident, the two fled the scene on foot headed in an unknown direction.

Both suspects are described as black males in their 20s.

One of the suspects was dressed in a black t-shirt, a black do rag and blue jeans. The other was said to have been wearing a black pullover and blue jeans.

Scarbrough said police are seeking suspects, one around 6’feet in height and the other taller than 6’feet.
