Fleming, Emma Ruth Ellis, 95, died at her home in Ramer, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl M. Fleming and her daughter, Millie Mims Fleming. She was also preceded in death by her parents Albert Townsend and Lena Mims Ellis of Uriah, AL.
She is survived by her children, Bill Fleming (Sharon) and Earl Fleming, Jr., (Mary Helen), both of Ramer. Grandchildren, Earl Fleming, III, Donna Fleming, Maxwell (Greg), Diane Fleming, Ellena Fleming Noble (Jamie), Eric Fleming (Casey), Kathy Fleming Huneycutt (Billy). Great-grandchildren, Morgan and Madeline Maxwell, Trey Huneycutt, Luke and Ava Noble and Ellis Fleming. Sister-in-law, Louise Fleming Surratt.
Mrs. Fleming was a member of the Ramer Methodist Church from which the funeral will be held on Monday, October 12, 2009 at 11:00 am with the Reverend Cooper Stinson and the Reverend Spencer Turnipseed officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service.
Graveside service will be held at Enterprise City Cemetery at 3:00 pm with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Pallbearers are Earl Fleming, III, Eric Fleming, Greg Maxwell, Billy Huneycutt, Bibb Mims and Dewitt Cowles.
