Mary Vida Senn Carroll, age 79, a resident of Clio, AL died Saturday, September 12, 2009.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 3:00 pm from the Calvary Assembly of God Church with the Reverend Randy Adams and Reverend Curt McCollough officiating.
Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Calvary Assembly of God Church or the Antioch Cemetery Fund.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her children: Mary Ann Carroll and husband James Huey Alums of Clio, William J. Carroll and wife Fran of Ariton, granddaughters: Candis Hagler Steele and husband Derek of Fleming Island, FL, Melissa Oliver and husband Chris of Ariton, great-granddaughters: Meagan Oliver of Ariton, 4 sisters: Verlon Roberts of Brundidge, Ruby Galloway and husband Hubert of Brundidge, Verbie Sawyers of Brundidge and Betty Maulden of Dothan.
Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her husband P.R. Carroll, parents: Dewey and Lillian Senn and granddaughter, Misty Hagler.
Mrs. Carroll attended Calvary Assembly of God Church. During her time in the nursing home she loved to attend the church services and enjoyed playing bingo.
Mrs. Carroll was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Harris, Tom Childree, Keith Grimes, L.K. Adams, Gary Smith and Vic Coker.
