Mr. Daniel W. McQuagge, age 88, a resident of Troy, died Sunday, September 6, 2009. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend Mack Lowery officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
Mr. McQuagge is survived by his daughter, Iris Floyd and husband Donald of Troy; son, Buddy McQuagge and wife JoAnn of Fitzpatrick; 3 sisters, Mary Goodson of Montgomery, Eddie Henderson and husband Cecil of Montgomery and Elma Rushing of Troy; 1 brother, Chester McQuagge of Troy; grandchildren, John and Angie Dubose and Carmen Dubose, great-grandchildren, Annabelle and John Thomas Dubose.
Pallbearers will be Bob Williamson, Harold Dean Mitchell, John Dubose, Jr., Thomas Calhoun, Charles Meeks and Damon McQuagge.
