Mrs. Helen McLaney age 68 of Brundidge died Sunday, July 19, 2009 at the Dale Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 2:00 pm from the Haw Hill Assembly of God church with Reverend Ray Stinson Officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2009 from 6:00 pm until 8:00pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge. She will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service at the Church.
She is survived by her husband Currie McLaney Jr. of Brundidge, 3 Daughters and a son-in-law Jackie Stephens of Troy, Stacy and Phillip Roberts of Frisco, and Judy Equi of Brundidge, grandchildren Brandy Stephens, Whittney and Ross Adkinson, Kenna Roberts, Kelsey Roberts, Joe Equi, Nick Equi, Lauren Rose Equi, Christie Roberts, Josh Roberts, great grandchildren Adalynne Raine Adkinson, Braydon Roberts, Kaleb Roberts, sisters Shelia Allen and Elaine Deese, brothers Pat, Eddie, Jimmy and Steve Whitehead, Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by he parents Morgan and Doris Whitehead, Sister Patricia Norris and her first husband Kenneth Carter.
