Betty Zorn White, 76 of Shelby passed away June 15, 2009. During her lifetime she has been a resident of Eufaula, Troy and Andrews, South Carolina.
Her favorite pastimes were fishing and spending time with her family.
Betty is survived by her beloved husband, George; daughter, Julie Peterson Bailey; sister, Jeanette Vick; grandchildren, Jessica Hardin and Brett Bailey and a great-grandson, Jackson Hardin.
A memorial service to celebrate Betty’s life will be held at 2 p.m. June 19 at First Baptist Church in Columbiana.
Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either Alacare Home Hospice Services of Clanton or First Baptist Church of Columbiana building fund.
