Memorial Services for Mr. Joey Lamar Dunn, 52, of Troy who died Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Baptist South in Montgomery will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2009 at Green Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. David McVay and Donnie Dunn officiating and Green Hills Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 10 at Green Hills Funeral Home.
Joey, born in Geneva Co., to Ephraim Pinckard and Winnie Lou Mitchell Dunn, was a member of Brundidge First United Methodist Church and a talented woodworker.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Brooks Dunn, of Troy; two sons: Joseph Dunn of Dothan and Jesse Dunn of Kansas; two brothers: Reggie (Jackie) Dunn of Troy and Frankie (Michelle) Dunn of Ozark; stepfather: Raul Rincon; granddaughter: Jessica Dunn; sister and brother in law: Bettye and Glen Smith of Lilburn, Ga.;
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or the Pike County Humane Society.
