Mr. Chester Keith Best age 70 of Deatsville, Ala. Died Thursday, May 14, 2009 at his home.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2009 from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Burial will follow in the Hopewell cemetery with Dillard Funeral home of Troy directing.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
He is survived by his daughter and her Fiancée Lois Ann and Oliver Malone of Montgomery, 2 sons and a daughter-in-law Dean Keith Best and Johnny Eugene and Darlene Best all of Deatsville, 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, a sister Lillie Jean Tillery, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Lois Best, his parents Eugene Edgar and Lillie Mae Best, sister Sara Elizabeth Best, and 4 brothers Raymond Edward, Gerald, Therald, and James Derald Best.
Active pallbearers will be Dave Russell, David Russell, Bobby Joe Best, Gary Best, Dan Byrne, and Shawn Easterling.
Chester Keith Terry will serve as a honorary pallbearer.
Memorials may be made to the Baptist Hospice.
