Cora Nell Olds , Age 83 of Brundidge died Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Troy Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 10,2009 at 4:00 PM from the Chapel of Dillard funeral Home in Brundidge with Reverend Ken Baggett and Reverend Averytt Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt Zion Baptist Church in Louisville, Alabama. Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 9, 2009 from 6-8 at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
Mrs. Olds is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Ruby Olds of Louisville; daughters and sons-in-law, Jo Ann and Henry Whitaker of Mobile, Carolyn and Dwight Berry of Brundidge and Sharon and Richard Tew of Brundidge; grandchildren, Wanda Sue Whitaker Sanders and Scott of Benton, AR, Mark Olds and Veronica of Troy, Lee Whitaker of Mobile, Jessica Tew Hipps and Darren of Troy, Chris Berry of Troy, Jacqueline Tew Merse and Ryan of New York, NY; great-grandchildren, Somer Delorenzo, Michael DeLorenzo, Austin Sanders, Bailey Sanders, Hunter Olds, Hayden Olds, Elisabeth Mobley, Eden Mobley and Lawson Hipps; great-great-grandchild, Emily Grace DeLorenzo.
Mrs. Olds was preceded in death by her husband J.W. Olds and grandson Dwight “Bumper” Berry.
Pallbearers will be Mark Olds, Lee Whitaker, Darren Hipps, Ryan Merse, Michael DeLorenzo and hunter Olds.
