Reginald Laquez Canty
Services for Reginald Laquez “Poochie” Canty, 37, of Troy, who died May 4, 2009 at Baptist South in Montgomery will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Brother Izear Johnson officiating.
Burial will be at Macedonia CME Church in Goshen under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation will be from 1-5 p.m. Friday May 8, 2009.
Mr. Canty was born February 11, 1972 in Tuskegee.
He was a 1990 graduate of Charles Henderson High School and earned a BA at Jones College in Jacksonville, Fla., and was in the Navy from 1990-1992.
He attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Ruth Hill.
He is survived by his father, Willie Fate Canty.
