The Alabama High School Athletic Association turned the tentative plans for the postponed postseason events from last weekend into finalized plans Monday morning.

“While we apologize for the disruption of our original playoff schedule, we made the safe decision for the children of this state and also insured that students at all our member schools would have the opportunity to participate in our post-season athletic events,” said Steve Savarese, AHSAA executive director, on the association’s Web site.

All AHSAA activities will resume today.
