Police said four victims were reportedly struck by bullets during the incident, but only one victim signed a warrant charging Flowers. This victim was treated and released from Troy Regional Medical Center that night for two gunshot wounds in the leg.

Everage said two other victims were transported to Troy Regional Medical Center, one in a private vehicle and the other by Care Ambulance. The fourth victim reportedly went to another hospital to seek treatment for the gunshot wound.

None of the injuries were considered life threatening.

Police do not yet know the motive behind the shootings, and Everage said the department will continue to investigate the incident.

Flowers was transported to the Troy Police Department and placed in the Troy City Jail before being transferred to the Pike County Jail. His bond has been set at $75,000, and as of Wednesday night he had not made bond.

Everage said Flowers had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants served when he was arrested that were not related to the Brown’s Lounge incident.

This is the second shooting at the lounge, located on U.S. Highway 231, in the last two years. A Pike County jury convicted Michael Streeter, 27, for the murder of Joey Spikner in 2007.
