Darcus Ann Williford Sport
Mrs. Darcus Ann Williford Sport, 73, a resident of Gantt, Ala., died Wednesday, March 04, 2009.  Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2009 from Turner Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Richard Sport officiating. 
Interment will follow in Green Hills Cemetery, Troy, Ala. with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. 
Mrs. Sport is preceded in death by one son, William T. ìSpudî Sport, Jr.; her parents, Horace E., Sr. and Sallie L. Williford; and two brothers, Dugan Williford and Charlie Williford. 
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William Terry ìWilly T.î Sport, Sr.; three children, Connie Moody, Donna (Keith) Swords, and Tim Sport; six grandchildren, Chris (Andrea) Sport, Kellie (Jared) Snell, Leslie (Chris) Parson, Lori Beth Swords, Kimberly Vickers, and Russell Vickers; two great grandchildren, Nathan Sport and Gabriel Snell; seven sisters, Sandra (Bucky) Walker, Linda Green, Sherry Wood, Faye (Bill) Harp, Kaye (Jim) Stinson, Pam (Ray) Coots, and Cindy (Pete) Whitehead; two brothers, George K. (Lana Jane) Williford and Henry ìFatsoî (Diane) Williford; and several nieces and nephews. 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6 – 8 p.m.
