Despite dropping four of their previous five games, the Pike Liberal Arts School Lady Patriots remained in the Alabama Sports Writers Association AISA Top-10 this week.

The Lady Patriots lost to No. 4 Lakeside before Christmas, No. 3 Sparta and a team from Georgia in the Huntingdon College Christmas Tournament and No. 1 Lee-Scott Tuesday.

They did take down No. 8 Patrician in the Huntingdon tournament in their only victory since the last poll.

The road does not get any easier for the Lady Patriots, as they have two area games against No. 2 Glenwood left on the schedule. They also host No. 4 Lakeside Monday.
