Bulldogs lose on the road Tuesday

The Pike County Bulldogs dropped a close battle with Andalusia Tuesday night, 55-53.

The Bulldogs committed 22 turnovers at were 1-for-6 from the free throw line in the loss.

Tevin Andrews led the ‘Dawgs with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Baseball officials association meeting

The South Central Baseball Officials Association will hold its first meeting, Jan. 6, at 5:30 p.m. at Park Memorial United Methodist Church. Troy Parks and Rec adult sports

The Troy Parks and Recreation Department adult dodgeball and flag football leagues are registering now.

A men’s league for everyone 16 years old and up is available in dodgeball. and a men’s league as well as a coed league for everyone 16 years old and up is available in flag football

The registration fee is $100 per team for both leagues and registration will run through Dec. 20.
