Kenneth Ray Zellers, age 37, of Banks passed away Friday, December 5, 2008 as the result of an automobile accident.
Visitation was from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. December 7, 2008 at Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home in Brundidge.
Funeral services were Monday, December 08, 2008 at 2 p.m. from Ramah Primitive Baptist Church with Rev. Ted Youngblood officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home of Brundidge.
Kenny was a member of Loflin Baptist Church in Josie.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Rufus Zellers and James (Slim) Bishop.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Penn Zellers of Banks; sons, Shay and Joey Zellers of Banks; Mother and step father, Deborah and Andy Kilpatrick of Banks; father, Wilton Zellers of Mobile; brother and sister-in-law, DeWayne and Tina Zellers of Banks; ex-step father, Robert Kilpatrick of Banks; mother-in-law, Margie Peterson; grandmothers, Ethel Zellers and Margaret Bishop; step grandmother, Ruby Kilpatrick; step grandfather, Glen Kilpatrick; nephew, Corey Redmon and a niece, Chelsey Zellers.
Pallbearers were John (Bubba) Redmon, Wiley Brantley, Travis Branch, Jamie Welch and Justin Kelly. Honorary pallbearers were John Johnson and Steven Redmon.
