Mrs. Lake Charlotte Cousins, age 50 of Troy died Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Baptist Hospital in Montgomery.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Elder Greg Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 6:00pm until 8:00 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
She is survived by: 2 Sons and a Daughter-In-Law Waylon and Misty Cousins of Troy and Levi Dunn of Atlanta, 2 Grandchildren Felicity Cousins and ILannah Cousins who was born on Wednesday, her Husband Eddie Whitehead, 6 Brothers and Sisters, Butch and Elaine Wells of Troy, Dale and Becky Wells of Highland Home, Jo Ann Wells of Camilla, GA., Ronnie and Patty Wells of Montgomery, Jerry Wells of Montgomery, and Cindy and Jay Spearman of Birmingham, Several Nieces and Nephews.
Active pallbearers will be: Keith Newman, Eric Wells, Mark Wells, Michael Wells, Mason Wells, Chris Wells, Mathew Wells and Levi Dunn.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bob King and Tommy Lindsey.
