Mr. Keith Edwin Green, 40, of Ponce de Leon, Florida, formerly of Jack, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan.
Visitation for Mr. Green will be Thursday, October 30, 2008 from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Mr. Green will be Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 2 p.m. from St. John Baptist Church with Reverends Mack King and Kenny Horn officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Thrash-Keahey Funeral Home of Brundidge.
Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Green of Brundidge; daughter, Emily Green of Troy; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Kimberly Green of Jack and ex-wife of 17 years, Kristie Green Sanders.
He was preceded in death by his father, Darold Green.
