Frank Stinson, age 85, a resident of Troy, Alabama died Saturday, October 25, 2008. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 27, 2008 at 3:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held Monday, October 27, 2008 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the church. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include, children, Martha Freeman, Mike Stinson and wife Nell; Jim Stinson and wife Kaye; 1 brother, Earl Stinson, 1 sister, Betty Avant and husband Max; 4 grandchildren, Dan Freeman and wife Kristie, Kari Freeman, Lee Hussey and wife Janan, Jennifer Barron and husband Steve; great-grandchildren, Cage Freeman, Bailey Freeman, Tyler Hussey, Bryant Hussey and Olivia Barron; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mr. Stinson was preceded in death by his parents, Herb and Tura Stinson, brother Herbert Stinson and sister, Eleanor S. Lee.
