Arnett said consistency is the name of the game for Zion.

“Heather has been very consistent for us all year on her serve and she has a very hard serve,” Arnett said. “But all of them truly have been consistent and serving has been one of our strong points.”

Hines had 14 service aces against PCHS and 24 points were scored on her serve in the match. Nicole Holloway added five aces and seven points on serve.

Behrens put away 10 kills to lead the Lady Rebels at the net.

Zion Chapel also won the JV match between the teams Thursday, 2-0 (25-9, 25-9).

Arnett said the Lady Rebels are moving forward and looking forward to competing in the state playoffs in 2008.

Next up for the Lady Bulldogs is a match at home against Highland Home Monday at 4:30 p.m.
