Nettie W. Thompson, 72, of Troy, died at Troy Regional Medical Center ,Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Visitation will be held at White Rock Baptist Church on Saturday, September 22, 2007 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The funeral service will be held at White Rock Baptist Church on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Chuck Blair officiating. Burial will follow at White Rock Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Winford Thompson of Troy, daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa (Craig) Railey of Montgomery, Pamela Thompson of Troy, and Angela (Marty) Moore of Troy, 6 grandchildren, Melissa Railey, Brad Railey, Robbie Golden, Jessica Golden, Shane Moore, and Kari Moore, 3 great grandchildren, Devon Morris, Rebekah Morris, and Timothy Isaiah Golden. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents, William Oscar and Willie Lou King, brothers, William B. King, Walter King, and Winfred King.
