James Irvin Ray &uot;Hot Shot&uot; &uot;Rod&uot; Golden

James Irvin Ray &uot;Hot Shot&uot; &uot;Rod&uot; Golden, 89, of Montgomery, died Saturday, June 10, 2006 at his home.

Services were held Monday, June 12, at 1 p.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel with the Pastor George Trapani and the Psator Ralph Mims officiating.

Burial followed in Greenwoon Cemetery under the direction of Leak-Memory Chapel.

Visitation was held Sunday, June 12, 2006, from 5-8 p.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel.

He is survived by: his wife, Myra S. Golden of Montgomery; son, Jerry Ray (Nancy) Golden, of Loganville, Ga.; grandson, Joshua Ray Golden of Athens, Ga.' granddaughter, Jessa Kinslee Golden of Lawranceville, Ga.; brothers, William Finley (Julie) Golden of Banks, Robert Buel (Elaine) Golden of Montgomery, Douglas McArthur (Waqnda) Golden of Troy; sisters-in-law, Adline S. (Joe Mack) Rodgers of Montgomery, Aurelia S. McLendon of Brundidge; brother-in-law, Mallory Thames (Angie) Slaughter of Brundidge along with several nephews, cousins and friends.

Flowers are welcome or donations may be made to Wiregrass Hospice.
