Mrs. Ora Lee Lawrence

Ora Lee Lawrence, 88, a resident of Luverne, died Wednesday, September 1, 2004. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2004 from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with ministers Danny Rolling, Raymond Elliott and Mark Littleton officiating. Interment will follow at Petrey Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Lawrence is preceded in death by her husband, J. E. Lawrence and a son-in-law, Wayne Trotter. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Faye Trotter of Petrey and Elaine and Will Hawkins of Opp; four grandchildren, Matthew (Karla) Bundy of China Grove, N.C.; Maria (Kevin) Grant of Dallas, Ga.; Lee (David) Evans of Albany, Ga.; and Elizabeth Trotter of Dothan; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Byron Garner of Hope Hull and one sister, Magdalene Dendy of Montgomery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday at Turner Funeral Home.
