Mr. William Floyd Gibbs, Jr. and Ms. Danielle Evelyn Baker were married Saturday, June 28, 2003 at six o'clock in the evening at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church of Greenville, South Carolina.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth A. Baker of Greenville, South Carolina. Parents of the groom are Mr. & Mrs. William F. Gibbs, Sr. of Sapphire, North Carolina.

The wedding was performed by the Rev. Andrew E. Lewis with Mr. John M. Franks assisting. Music was provided by Mr. Paul Roberts (piano & organ), Ms. Cristy Smith (vocalist), Mr. LeRoy Hubbard (trumpet) and a string quartet (Ms. Joanna Mulfinger, violin-, Mr. Austin Jackson, violin; Ms. Nan Batzig, viola; and Ms. Carrie Eckel, cello).

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Mr. Kenneth A. Baker and was attended by her maid of honor, Meredith Alex Glenn of Spartanburg, South Carolina. Other attendants included her three sisters, Erika Counts, Schehjn Flipp4 and Nancy Baker-, the groom's sister, Amy Gibbs; and three friends, Elizabeth Reese, Cristy Smith, and Lauren Matthews.

The groom was served by his father, Mr. William F. Gibbs, Sr. as best man. Groomsmen included Thomas Baker, brother of the bride; Bryan Counts, brother-in-law of the bride; and friends Jeremiah Miller, Caleb Morris, Jason Cochran, Matthew McPheely, Adam Keyes, and Thomas Jordan.

Following the ceremony a reception was held in the couple's honor at Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. After a wedding trip to Europe, Mr. & Mrs. William F. Gibbs, Jr. will live in Greenville, South Carolina.

Mr. & Mrs. William F. Gibbs Sr. entertained with a rehearsal dinner at the Poinsett Club in Greenville.
