Raymon McLendon

Raymon McLendon, 72, 629 E. Troy St., Brundidge, died in his home Saturday, July 6, 2002.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 7, 2002, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Chapel in Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.

Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge Monday, July 8, 2002, at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Mr. McLendon was a veteran of the Korean War and a retired employee of the Alabama Highway Department.

Survivors include his wife, Aurelia Slaughter McLendon of Brundidge, a daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Mitch Hand of Georgia; grandchildren Cade and Alexandria Hand of Georgia; sisters, Ethel McLendon of Banks, Nellie McLendon of Banks, Mary Lois Sutton of Brundidge; brothers, William McLendon of Troy and Melvin McLendon of Troy.

He was preceded in death by a son, Curtis McLendon; a sister, Esther McLendon; and his parents, Willie and Flossie McLendon.

Danny Franklin Mahone

Danny Franklin Mahone, 43, of Panama City, Fla., died July 2, 2002.

Funeral services were held July 6, 2002, at 11 a.m. from St. Paul Methodist Church with the Rev. Willie Flowers officiating. Burial followed in Community Cemetery with Bell’s-Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home Directing.

Clauzell Duncan

Clauzell Duncan, 52, of Troy, died July 3, 2002.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 8, 2002, at 11 a.m. from Bell’s Liptort/Dawson Chapel with the Rev. Alonza Daniels officiating.

Burial will follow in Community Cemetery with Bell’s-Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home Directing.
